Rubbish at training at home so I have joined a new 'facility'.

A1. Squat; 5x5; 60Kg; 30 sec rest
A2. Pull up 3 rep; BW, 2.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg, 7.5kg
B. Press; 5x5; 30kg
C. 10 sets; every 30 sec 1 speed deadlift; 90kg

Have to start somewhere! Grin
