diy strongman equipment

Im pretty much useless at diy but wanting to have a go at bodge jobbing some diy strongman equipment thinking of making some farmers walks out of railway sleepers just wondering if any of you guys have made some equipment and if you have any pictures to give me an idea of what can be done.

made a sled out of a landrover tyre. laid it on its side cut holes for chain to be threaded threw. threaded bolts and nails threw the chain on inside of tyre. filled it with old weight plates and concrete and stuck a crowbar in the middle to act as a post for more weight. only ever put and extra 150kg on it as the tyre gives so much resistance itself.

Buy a scrap car. Rio out the engine/gearbox and load them onto the shell or into the boot, dead lift the car, flip it, walk with it. Push press the gearbox. All sorts of fun to be had for £100.

Now that is tempting but dont think my neighbours will find it amusing seeing me flipping a car down the street grunting like a pig. Nice thought though
