Costco is doing 20% off USN whey protein 2.28kg x 2 for 57.57. Im off there now to pick up 10!

Waitrose was diong salmon half price. I ordered 160 pounds worth- worked out 1 pound per 125g fillet. Filled the frezzer up.

Bulk buy is the way foreward....

Just had my delivery from approved foods. This stuff is recomended on the Martan Lewis site and is f**king cheep compared to supermarkets.

For example, wholemeal pasta 500g - 50p per bag. Ideal fore poor students and the rest of us lol.

This is the only way I can afford to eat big. Check it out guys.Wink

Quarter-pounder with cheese about 20-25g of protein. These are on offer for a squid at the moment at Tesco's.

My kids (age16 and 18) love Rustlers. I tasted one and tried to give it to the dogs. Even they wouldn't eat them.
