I am lead to believe it does.

brown rice and beans is supposed to be a good one and it sounds reasonably nice, especially if you stick some meat in there.

lots of carbs though in these combinations, great if you want lots of carbs but not so good if you don't (obviously)

The week before my last comp i had a no carb diet that included about a kg of chicken most days. not only was this a horrible experience but it was also very expensive indeed even though i got it from aldi. Someone suggested a full chicken however i don't know the weight of the bones and stuff. il check anyway though because im a gentleman

value frozen chicken: 48

not bad actually! but not brilliant. the same as custard and cottage cheese

Again, if you have a supermarket that does rotisserie chickens you can often get them real cheap at the end of the day.

thank you.
chicken is incredibly expensive now. I actually think I spend about 25% of my total food budget on it.

Perhaps one of the doctors can help me out here, but I think the recommend acceptable levels are about to be upped by the uk government

Canada has lead the way and scrapped the weekly egg limits

Bought some chicken livers, 1.20 for 250grams at my butcher's, so not exactly the cheapest.
