Deadlifts- 140kg 3 x 3 reps (fast pulls)

Log Press- 68kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 95kg 5 x 3 reps (strict press) was supposed to be 4 x 3 but f**ked up 3rd set.

Log Press- 68kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 3, 100kg x 3 then failed 2nd set of 100kg, threw log down, kicked tyre, spat out and threw gum shield and punched wall whilst shouting abuse at myself. (Strict presses)

Tried again day after, spectacularly failed again and just did 3 x 5 reps on 80kg instead (strict presses) then sulked and moaned for a few days.
