Neil Evans is a bit of a beast OH when hes on form , can see him doing well on the medley and Dbell , looks set to be a great comp.

I've gone from 114kg to 108kg in 2 weeks... Hopefully I weigh in then eat and hydrate properly otherwise ill be struggling with a 120kg axle lol Hope the weather holds out
3kg to go....

Before Northerns this year, I did 117KG to 105KG in 10 days.....it was truely horrendous
Plenty of fluids, food and diahorylte and you'll be fine on the day
