Events are as follows:- Event One pressing Medley 120kg axle 130kg log 140kg axle 150kg Log 90 secs Event two farmers walk 130kg farmers 30 metres 60 secs Event three 260kg oly bar deadlift for reps 60 secs Event four 80kg dumbell for reps 60 secs Event five 360kg Superyoke 15 metres 60 secs Event six Carry and load 1 x 120kg sack 2 x 130kg barrels 10 metres Then load on to platform 60 secs Event seven Keg toss 8 kegs 4 metre bar 75 secs Athletes who have qualified Sean Kennedy(Current Champion) Chris Bundell Karl Grant Ryan Dodson Rob McGee Andy Earle Neil Evans John Marsden James Clayton John Rudguard Kieth flannery Richard Jones Ok please let me know ASAP if you are in or out text in or out with your name to 07809676999 All events are subject to change. | ||
