Cut him some slack, he is an american Member 311, 1751 posts | good stuff with the article.... for more to red...go to Elite and use the search fucntion, Dave Tate worte an article called the 'periodisation bible' it has 2 parts and has a routine of sorts... hell all of the elite site and the T-mag articles, which can be found in the archives, will lay out the basics | ||
