even though im not a fat of uber heavy partials due to being a grandad back ..i like the sound of that !! and the jumps mean i may make it to 310 and get a stab at 320 !!

Events:
1: Super yoke: 280kgs: 20metres: head to head
2: Last man standing deadlift: Texan deadlft bar: straps allowed: no suits
3: Medley: anvil, tyre, fridge, barrel & sack
4: Axel squat: 200kg: no suits or squat shorts
5: Press medley: barrel 100kg, sleeper 110kg, log 120kg, axel 130kg & 68kg dumbbell
6: stones: head to head

Apart from the fridge I think OSG has all that kit there. Although the anvil has a ssign on it saying do not touch.

To be honest chris mate apart from the sleeper the only thuing you'll need to train is the dodgey loading and that will be more conditioning than hard (trust me it's f**king tiring)

if you could just find alot of randomly shaped arkward objects and carry / load them 20m it would be just as good!!

Probz need to have a go on the sleeper, but you can get hold of one pretty easy i've heard. Saves the f**king journey!!

Iron works in Swindon has a lot of Kit. I've never been myself but the videos I've seen always have lots of different kit.

OSG will recieve you with open homosexual arms chris. Especially if you wear that cut-off diving suit/gimp wear you had on at dragons. Wink

Chris, I`ve travelled down to Ironworx a few times its Awesome mate, They have have much kit is i`ve got - you`ll love it ..

There is only one option move to OSG, with gimp/half diver suit of course.

Cheers for the advice, I will try and find out if any of those lads are training sat.

Is the Oh medley gonna be an 'any order' medley ?

Im slighly concerned the 110 sleeper will be a big ask and if its second on the list ... well ....who can press a keg the fastest !! (except probably OH master james)

edit: im at the OSG sat chris ...11 til 3 ..... but its a long way to go to try out a sleeper ....

840.0 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq		Medley to be completed in following order sleeper,barrel,dumbell,log,axle. Sleeper will weigh 90kg instead of 110kg. 75 second time limit. Enjoy!
