 Walk your talk Member 5, 25557 posts Administrator | Post Edited: 04.10.2010 @ 11:33 AM by Boar Dave meer was so enthusiastic ..and awsome fella and ben pierce helped us all loads with advice on some of the kit ...they were putting numbers into a laptop ken so hopefully they will get 'put up' I knew shane had a good comp in him ..everytime this year somthing hasnt gone quite right ,so yesterday was great and he deserved it too !! Buzz gave out some awsome goodies !! cant have been a cheap weekend for strengthshop ..but what a great dude framptons choice to win 105 and sneak back to retain the u90 title also !! LOL heres a vid of my brutalisation .... shane..your next !! | ||

Second place nearly all the way through the comp is amazing, only dropping to 3rd after the squats I think. Then back up to second. Mighty deadlifting, although I will speak my mind and say I wasn't a fan of the technique. Not that you could give a toss as it earned you 2nd place, so it worked. Well done Alex. | ||

Enjoyed being involved after a rough start putting up that marquee in the worst weather ever. Once it got going though every1 seemed to enjoy it, Shanes stones were perfect as well. Congrats to James never showed any weakness, top lad as well. | ||

I think he had to come down from 100kg or so , he was a big lad for sure !! | ||

We got it ready on time though, when Alex gets his weight back on he will be strong lad at 105! He never gives in, i nearly broke my back when he was doing the last stone, i was doing it for him! | ||
