Dave said he would like everyone whos loading car parking, setting up marqee ect.. to have a meet so everyone knows exactly whos doing what before the day. too fat for the 90s Member 976, 135 posts SQ 300, BP 220, DL 320840.0 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Deadlift will be last man standing starting at 230kg going up in 20kg jumps, once 5 have been eliminated the jumps will drop to 10kg. Straps allowed, its about 18inch starting with tyre each side. | ||
