First you'd need to find experts who agreed on what was important and made a difference.. I wouldn't be surprised if most conventionally trained experts said all you need is a balanced diet - Athletes don't need anything special.

Yep you're totally right. As it happens a certain member on Sugden turned out to be quite the expert so that was pretty awesome! Grin .

We are pretty keen to find some coaches, of any sport, to speak to. So if anyone knows any that might be interested please let me know!
