Because then it may well turn into an Adlington show again, which wouldn't be quite fair this time considering we did orginally arrange the date over 8 weeks ago?!

yea, im abig fan of informal - the 'adlington' bit of the meet was a good show but i preferred the training session atmosphere of the 'sugden' bit

im gonna ammend my lifts, 3 is too many

Dont mind either way myself. The venue is Adlington, a lot of the lifters on this thread train at Adlington but hey, a rose is still a rose by any name.

Is the format to just turn up and go for it then?

Not bothered what the rose is called mate, just want us all on the proverbial platform at once!! So to answer your question, that's probably the best best!
