A World class farmer Member 576, 3429 posts SQ 350, BP 200, DL 400 950.0 kgs @ 136kgs UnEq	In the very near future i will be holding strongman sessions at Locker 27 located in Weybridge, Surry which is just off J10 of the m25. The sessions will be held at the weekend (still finalising the day) and will be available to lifters of all abilities from super strong guys looking to compete in comps to guys looking to do Strongman lifts as alternative or fitness based sessions. Equiptment includes: JT Spec Log Axle Yoke Farmers Walk handles Arm over Arm Prowler Circus DB Duck Walk Various tyres to flip For those who don't know me i am a competitive strongman and currently working as a Strength and Conditioning coach with a Premiership rugby club. As such i am combining the 2 and offering technique advice and lift coaching during these sessions. I will also be offering full Strength training programming and coaching to those interested. Based down in Guildford mate and work for the club of many shirt colours Bar wise yeah got some decent bars. I do all my work there with an Eleiko (as i generally deadlift there).
