Hmmmmm, massive dehydration? Maybe...

Mark, if I fail to make weight could I be a guest lifter/fatty?

Carbs or no carbs, you've got over 3 months to shift the flab.

Much easier to just dehydrate loads though. I would lose too much strength if I diet it off.

But dehydrating loads will make you feel great come comp day Grin
How about eat less s**t foods, that's a good plan for people around 83-84kg to follow imo. I've been weighing 87-90 (albeit a lot of food on the heavier days the night before) in the mornings so even though this looks ace its unrealistic for me to try for it.

I have lost 5KG and felt fantastic Smalls! As long as you have good posat weigh in protocol, you're fine!

Yeah I fully expect to feel pants if I do it. Ive done the weight loss before and it ruins my overhead. I probably will have to drop a couple of kilos before dehydrating - Im 86kg at the moment but Id rather have a good old dehydrate.

Im only (possibly) doing the comp to make Mr cleggy happy and because it would be fun. Even if I was a guest lifter...

Had help off macca previously. I think my problem was the 2 weeks dieting that lost me 2kg. Once I started refeeding I just felt rubbish. In other words, make the predehydrate weight early.
