Yeah I fully expect to feel pants if I do it. Ive done the weight loss before and it ruins my overhead. I probably will have to drop a couple of kilos before dehydrating - Im 86kg at the moment but Id rather have a good old dehydrate. Im only (possibly) doing the comp to make Mr cleggy happy and because it would be fun. Even if I was a guest lifter... | ||

I think my problem was the 2 weeks dieting that lost me 2kg. Once I started refeeding I just felt rubbish. In other words, make the predehydrate weight early. | ||
