 Walk your talk Member 5, 25558 posts Administrator | I got on very well with smalls , this video was probably my last attack on his ineptitude , as he got quite alot better ..... he asked me to remove this from the internet !! which i did not. i had alot of respect for smalls , he was not concerned with being quickly mr strong , those of us who took suplements might have been stronger than him (and hunkier) but he was the better man for just plugging away | ||

Last vid I saw of Smalls he was snatching 100kg which is no shabby weight for someone who didn't start weightlifting until they were an adult and wasn't naturally gifted. I used to rip him because I could snatch more than him even though I wasnt a weightlifter. if he was snatching those numbers back then I imagine he is doing weights I can only dream of now! | ||
