I generally wear hiking boots for carrying events, particularly ones on uneven ground. I have pretty flat feet and find that with soft soled shoes (most trainers, unless thin soled) my feet sink inward and it puts pressure on my knees, which was apparently a factor in ly knee injuries in the past. | ||
