Been cutting back on strongman for a while as back went bad , been seeing a kyropractor and my l5s1 had come out and my pelvis had moved shortening my right leg, anyhow pain free now and getting back into it

Good mate cheers been to kyro again today says I'm nearly there but my Si joint is still abit out , av got a few bits of kit at mine now if u and Liam want to pop over in the new year for a sesh
