Gillette - The best a man can get Member 466, 1389 posts SQ 196, BP 120, DL 254570.0 kgs @ 74kgs UnEq | run home to town 7.04 pb aching too. 19/11/11 squats 3 x 2 lower body aching 60 x 4 100 x 2 120 x 2 belt on 140 x 2 155 x 1 170 x 2 better then 167.5. 2nd rep deep x 2 2nr rep tough left 3rd set, did not want to push it, plus ma of only managed 1. will revisit after comp. another positive squat session bench 3 x 2 60 x 4 70 x 2 80 x 2 90 x 2 100 x 1 110 x 1 tough ! s**t set up. didnt attempt 2nd x 1 better but still not enough for 2nd x 1 hulked up .faster but just to tired for 2nd not the best benching. first time i have not got the prescribed reps even on my first set. i reckon however if i was more aggressive like on the 3rd set it was possible. was a bit to lazy to start off with. maybe i needed more rest, body has been aching | ||
