great squatting.

left it at 4 sets. just wanted to beat my last 5 x 3 session. will revisit 157.5 after comp and do the full 5 sets. happy as i am progressing with this routine.

cardio treadmill sprint at full speed. 80 sec . decided to see how long i could go for before tiring. happy with that
