You don't need an online coach just read some of the old Russian programs and learn about recovery periods. The latter is the most important
If you follow any routine you will make progress
Think simple follow a simple routine with small weight increments each week or fortnight and think of it as a journey fromm a to be and follow the journey don't turn off or try any short cuts
It's a long slow process so stick to it and avoid injuries
Train clever not heavy

I enjoyed the 12 week programme.

I am far from strong, but gained over 40kg on my total and cut some weight.

You've got some massive numbers, how long did it take you to get there? What was your progress like over the years?

Time it takes. How long is another question which will be different from person to person
If you make 50kg progress on your total in 7 years your doing something right
Take note of paternity in your training when your progressing your doing it right
