Mixes fine and tasted how you'd expect any cheap protein to taste (not great, but palatable certainly). They ship from Ireland, where there wasn't and VAT on protein until a couple of weeks ago, so was even cheaper when I bought it. | ||

 vegetarian with a big deadlift - who would have thought... I'd buy again but would try a different flavour. | ||

Member 2161, 363 posts SQ 300, BP 195, DL 350845.0 kgs @ 109kgs Eq | I am using full brand of this company Its awesome,seriously cheap and good Lemon yogurth,strawberry &cream Pina colada,pineaple and banana fro protein xl is lush From whey isolate chocolate taste like ice cream same diet whey(awesome) Creatine and bcaa I am taking from about 2 months and working really well I have started few weeks ago fat burner ,cla and rasperry cetones and I am super lean atm (but I am on strict diet aswell) Go for this company,You not gonna spend millions but that products working really well | ||

Member 1000, 125 posts | I've got the strawberry and don't like the taste, it's a bit like medicine. Ingredients seem decent though, I know people say it's full of soy but it's last in the list of proteins used so should be the least used out of the four. | ||
