Goals. 460kg over 3 lifts bench,dead,squat. (did have this but tore my back and hamstring so starting again) loose weight bout a stone.

back a little sore but putting it down to stiffness as ive not deadlifted for best part of the year due to injury.

finding it difficult not to just increase to a bigger weight and push on, but slow and steady does it, haha

Training with the same weights on all three lifts seems a bit odd. I could understand it with your squat and deadlift because you have the same 1rm on them, but not your bench.

Yer it was my base as I suffered a lower back and hamstring injury, because of this I decided to lower all weights and basicly start from stratch, as the weeks go by I will increase on deads and squats, whilst my bench wont obviously keep up,

at the minute the weight are quite comfortable but as I said this is the aim to hopefully improve the areas were injury has ballsed me up.

For the next 8 weeks, ill now increase by 5kg, each week and 1 day ill lift the normal 5x5 and on the other day ill lift slightly lower weights and do 3x10.
I will also begin speed, footwork and power training once per week.

Bench 3x10 75kg
Deads 3x10 75kg
Military press 3x10 40kg
Squats 3x10 75 kg

1 mile run and assisted work.
