push press machine. 100kg 5x5

went with same weight as found it very difficult last week, today went nice felt really good, will bump up to 145 dead and squat and 130 bench next week,

will do a pb session later this week to see if improvements have been made.

yer mate i gave up for a little while and couldn't get myself going again, football got me back in the swing of things again...

slow and steady increments this time tho, your stata are looking good tho mate very strong indeed.

Had that wonderful bug which makes you fire s**t and piss and vomit from everywere...... just wrong.

finished with some machine work and cardio, just an awful session but not eaten in 2 days so understandable.
