Member 2349, 317 posts SQ 170, BP 140, DL 180490.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | Had that wonderful bug which makes you fire s**t and piss and vomit from everywere...... just wrong. bench 90kg 10 100kg 10 110kg 8 120kg 5 just was wiped out squats 60kg 10 100kg 10 110kg 5 nealry s**t myself so gave that up. finished with some machine work and cardio, just an awful session but not eaten in 2 days so understandable. | ||
