As I live next door to my grandma I stored all my kit in her garage but it was not ideal as her garage door was broke so we had to go threw her porch with all the kit and just was horrible. Got some beer kegs coming and will eventually get some sandbags and a couple of stones! Got some off cuts of gym flooring aswell so will have something to deadlift off! | ||

Problem is now stemming from hip and glute so they have been freed up massively today. Warmed up with some deads. Worked up to 190kg Then 5 runs of farmers with comp weight all easy which is good as been struggling to pick it up with back and hips recently! http://instagram.com/p/BkV1yiyhr4v/ | ||

Wanted 10-12 reps at comp but no chance now with 13 days to go :-( Did a set of 4 at 180kg which should be speed work! Anyway just want this comp over with now so I can focus on rehab and planning for next one. Physio again today so hopefully will help some more! Set 1. 115kgx4 Set 2. 120kgx3 Set 3. 125kgx1 set 4. 130kg fail. Cleaned it which is a pb but then had no energy at all but happy I cleaned it. 2 sets at comp weight floor to overhead for 5 reps. Very fast 5 reps and the first set was very clean so happy with that as I want the event win. Last heavy axle session. Really happy with the progression on this. Cleans are getting better and my confidence is getting better on the presses now. Had physio after. Rest day today and yoga later. 11 days to go. | ||
