yeah about that.....
Squats!

Bar - x5

40kg - x5
60kg - 5x5 (One fail where i went too deep on the first rep and couldn't get up Roll-Eyes ) no where near deep enough, gota work on the technique....
40kg - x10, x15 - attempting to get better depth, worked slightly.

Not really a good session for me, although the reps were completed they were dodge....

Completed! Fairly easy first 3 sets, last rep of the 4th and 5th set were slow, but i got em Grin

Incline close grip:

30kg 1x5
32.5kg 4x5

Dumbell rows:
1x8 12.5kg
1x8 22.5kg
1x8 20kg
1x12 17.5kg

Lovly session. Onto 50kg 5x5 next week!
