Felt very good today. Better warm up than most days which is probably why the top sets felt better. Must remember this (which is why I put my warm up sets in today as well). Plenty left in the tank which could have hit 10 reps on my last set, but left it there till next week...slowly slowly catchy monkey

Not much doing today. Really didn't want to be in the gym, but got some pressing done

All sorts left in the tank, hence the last set. Happy days

Weight this morning 115.8kg.Another 0.9kg off this week and 7.4kg in total (7 weeks)

Well, was pretty good over the weekend. Plenty of chicken, and a bit too much cider, but not too bad

In a radical departure from my usual routine I benched this morning and didn't deadlift. Purely because I couldn't face deadlifting this morning and bench seemed the lesser of two evils.. .

5 x 3@107.5. All paused and pretty quick. That was it. After a late start and a longer than usual warm up there wasn't a lot of time to do anything else!

No training this morning. Mrs B and I went out for an anniversary dinner last night which was accompanied by(lots of) wine and (lots of) cocktails so have pushed training back to this afternoon (maybe Tongue ).

Weight this morning is 116.1, so no change from last week. Considering how rubbish my diet has been this week, that is a minor miracle. Confused
