Walk your talk Member 5, 25557 posts Administrator | I always had a super solid back then one day about 3 years ago, I did a session in the shed and (for no reason) I decided to do my top set beltless, Im pretty sure that was the point one of my discs decided to QUIT !! I think it can be nursed back but i feel for anyone who has an even worse back injury , you cant go ANYTHING without it feeling like its gonna go !! hope yours isnt too bad John | ||

I think my back is probably done as far as Dead’s go. May consider trying Sumo at some point perhaps. I think I can continue to squat heavy but taking real care to progress the weights properly. 160kg is easy for me, it really is, but any heavier at the moment my back would go. | ||
