Another 5k row. Bit quicker.

Iím doing a lot more cardio now. Itís becoming increasingly apparent that a strong respiratory system is more important than ever.

Weights and cardio most days going forward.

Not quite. Iím still in the pain stage where lack of any conditioning means everything hurts. Feet, Achilles, Knees, Hands.
This time next week I expect to be feeling great though. Iíll keep plugging away.
