Thanks lads. I may go for 3-4 reps with 240 next time, then drop back to 227 the following workout. Then again knowing me, i might notGrin

Topsy turvy workout, my pressing has gone to s**t, but at least i got the Cont clean, eventually.

Weights workouts few and far between lately, wrestling has taken priority.

18" rack Deadlift, 70k x 5, 110x5, 170x5, 210x3, 230x3, 250x1, 290x1, 305xf, 230x5.

Continental + Push press, 90x1, 100x1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1.

305 would have been a pr, i probably could have gone a lot further on the presses but called it quit after 10, probably go for 5 doubles next, then 3 triples, then up weight and go back to 10 singles.
