I went through a bad phase from 22 to 29 and missed the golden years. Trying to make it up now.

I keep forgetting that ive only been lifting properly for about 8 months and training for strongman for 3 months so im still new to it all.

To be honest i feel fine - a bit knackered but no pains or aches. In fact ive felt worse the day after a heavy gym session.

Ha ha - it feels like 5 minutes ago that i was 18 and now im 25 and getting married. Time certainly does fly by.

Well have to sort out a session at Olympic soon if your up for it.

Sounds like a plan to me. I wont be down this week because ive got my engagement party Saturday night so wont be in a fit state to train Sunday.

Will probably be down the week after though.

I'm a reserve for SSM2. Talked to Mark today and he says there's a very good chance by the time of the comp ( next March) i'll be in. I'm moving up to 100k, be more competitive at that weight. I have goals of 125 log this year and 280 DL ( more doable). f**kin log is not happening yet.
Shorterm 230x10 in the DL.
