Reckon I coulod lose the weight with dehydration overnight, but not much water for 9PM Friday - n11AM Friday is a long time really!

Not quite sure. Think I was bout 96 at the Bench comp, so 10KG? TBH I have always been the same, if I dont do cardio (footie etc), putting on weight is not a problem

There will be an entry fee of £15 per athlete, T-shirts will be provided. All proceeds to go to the school funds.

The field has been opened up to an absolute maximum of 14 athletes in each category, so thats novice and under 105kg on Saturday 5th July and open and intermediate on Sunday 6th July.

Calling all under 105kg athletes, please sign up ASAP, you have been asking for this competition so get your names down NOW!

Due to a restriction in the local licensing laws the competition can only be held for ONE day, so it is going to be SUNDAY 6th July.

Athletes sign in at 10.00am

Competition starts at 11.00am

Please register your names with Lawrence Browne by Thurs 12th JUNE.
