Just been have a read fella. Sounds like you've had a really s**t time over the last few months.

recently got rid of the aids and beat some old pre injury bests

dead -230/231
bench - 125/126
push press - 120/125

my squat is 5kg behind at 170kg

session with key mark and trav

deficit from what felt like f**king china!

not what i had planned at all and got bummed for it... rest of week will be based around upper body till saturday

All easy and more there... Lacking bar awareness as full clean was power clean with a squat...

Deads had 235kg pb in mind

Yeah I got further with 240 the other day so I'm a bit confused... Bad nites sleep, was at work at 6 big cleans (for me any way) so I'm not too fussed plus got my work set of 195 that will be 200 next session and so on so it will fall! Happy
