I havent trained for 14 months and now wanting to return. ive gone from just over 19 stone to 15 stone at present. so my first goal is to get some timber back on me and increase my lifts back to what they were and then improve. my lifts were 320kg dead (belt), 280 squat (belt and knee wraps) and 210 bench (wrist wraps). | ||
