Yeah I need to work on cutting my depth alot as Im probably losing out on a bigger squat

Anyone know how to embed the vid?

i embedded it john mate !!

now ,your better than i was but i think a little more snap on the way down and you should squat more ...trust the force of the suit young jedi ... and you opened too light on the bench .. as for deads it looked like minor hitching was why they failed them , you looked like you could deadlift MUCH more

your deffo an 800 lifter mate , glad you got the vid working , top stuff and good wingmanship from GAZ !!

thanks mate, I know theres a few things I need to work on, need to cut depth on squats, bench more and believe in myself more when doing them and work on lockouts on deadlift as I think there much more there if I can get that right, also the most important thing to get stronger.

I should be doing the Worlds in September so My target is 800+ total with 320 squat, 210 bench and 290 deadlift

And Gaz was great, without him I would never have started doing powerlifting in the first place

Unlucky with the last pull, I didn't spot any downward movement of the bar

A few said to me I was unlucky and they should have given it but oh well cant have it all my own way, next time I wont give them a chance not to give it meGrin

The first one I shrugged it slightly, the other one not sure, Im taking it as a pb anyway as it was a cleaner pull than the one in trainingGrin

Strong performance John. Agree that you were robbed on the deads - im not a PL expert by any means but i couldnt fault them.

yea , it looks like the deliberate movement you made with your shoulders to signify being locked out was taken as a bit of a shrug/hitch ..t**tS !!

still , better failing on that than it being welded to the floor !!
