Started running Juggernaut Method as it came highly recommended. Will see how it holds up. Day 1 of 10s wave today. Conflating Bench/DL and OHP/Squat this week so I can get all training days in before the weekend.

What is the aim of this program? You just seem to be doing a lot of reps with relatively light weights.
