Deficit deads 8 x 160kg All done beltless cos left the bas***d in the car and couldn't be arsed going out to get it Olympic BB Biceps 20 x bar 20 x bar + 2.5kg 8 x bar + 10kg 8 x bar + 12.5kg 20 x bar Seated row machine 8 x 50kg 8 x 60kg 5 x 70kg then DS 3 x 55kg That's it now till Monday as gym ain't open on weekend | ||
