last nights workout

Deadlifts
6 x 100kg
4 x 140kg
4 x 160kg
1 x 180kg
6 x 190kg felt heavy last 3 reps where more or less singles bar is s**t and struggled with grip.

Deficit deads
8 x 160kg

All done beltless cos left the bas***d in the car and couldn't be arsed going out to get it

Olympic BB Biceps
20 x bar
20 x bar + 2.5kg
8 x bar + 10kg
8 x bar + 12.5kg
20 x bar

Seated row machine
8 x 50kg
8 x 60kg
5 x 70kg then DS
3 x 55kg

That's it now till Monday as gym ain't open on weekend

135kg was hard really struggle with the bar on the shoulders and not the weight

Loaded 105kg picked them up and thought I ain't moving lol so just dropped them also was trying to film the previous 75kgs and my mini iPad fell over in the wind and now the screen is all smashed arghhhhh
