But as it's my last day of membership and there is a few works meals this week I thought f**k it and go and see what happens....so here goes Squats 8 x bar 8 x 60kg 6 x 100kg 5 x 140kg 2 x 160kg 5 x 170kg Deadlifts 8 x 60kg 8 x 100kg 5 x 140kg 3 x 170kg 4 x 200kg 5 x 180kg Job done felt shagged but glad I did something. | ||
