Decided to start a journal to try and encourage my self to train a bit harder this off season. I had a dislocated knee, in march and have spent alot of this year mixing training heavy with knee rehab so am only just returning to some good lifts.

I won't record my warm up sets everytime, but each session i do some mobilisation before I warm up with a some quick light sets of the main exercise I'm training.

Thursday 15-8-13

My first session back since uk105's this weekend so took things relatively easy.

Deads
230 x5 x3 beltless
250 x5 x1
270 x2 x1
190 x15 x1

Some back assistance

Some knee rehab followed by a sports massage.
