top stuff mate !!

mabie you could hang the chains lower , mabie with tough string or a smaller chain so the bulk of the chains rest on the floor as the bar lowers ? makes it a bit easier off the chest then POWER at the top

cheers boar, how far up in the concentricWink phase should they start coming into play half way? would that be the same as a 6 inch board press?

started a diet and cardio plan this time last yr when i weighed in @127kg. this mornin i weighed in @ 96kg. 6kg more to loose and time to get strong!!!!
