Spot on Sam, especially the last part...for someone who is Balls Deep into all of this training hard enough is probably the easiest part.

Backing off is harder. For me it is genuinely harder to eat breakfast and then go back to bed or sit on the couch to rest than it is to go and train. That being said the progress I made by switching from 7 days in the gym a week to 4 days is worth it.
