He defo did 300 at the South Yorkshire Uneqp only a few weeks ago, i was there and Mitch is a mate of mine. Most likely one of them he weighed in at 100.5 or something and the other bang on 100...he likes to try and get the 110 and the 100kg class records. I forget which class he was lifting in at the S.Yorks so you could well be right. He is a demon and untouchable at M2 in the UK IMO. | ||

At the YNE he was 110kg (100.8) and did 300kg squat (open, masters 1 & masters 2 record), 280.5kg deadlift (masters 2 record) 743 total (masters 1 & masters 2 record). | ||

Masters 3 can break masters 3,2,1 ... At the other end of the age scale Under 18 can also break under 20, & under 23 ... | ||

Unequipped records can now be set in any competition as long as the referees are informed and sign the record claim form to confirm that the lifter was competing unequipped in the competition. | ||
