Mainly because buyin from mainstream shops ie asda, morrisons n st is fkin expensive wen ya munch through 8 meals a day including 2 supplements! Also wat protein n i mean protein not f**kin mass gain 50 million with enough sugar to fuel a car with people use? I currently use elite protein which is made by dynamatize n its whey protein isolate 24gms per scoop ........ Thought oh fine sugdenites?????? Haha

Member 1003, 24 posts SQ 320, BP 182, DL 400 902.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq	6000-7000, per day, food every few hours, (couple of protein shakes also) going to market..... i dont other half does fish heads, not just the brain, (have to cook equal amount of heads as the kids argue over the eyes), everything inside the head except bones and gils..if you grew up in the islands you would know about fish heads..yum yum
