I've easily repped with the whole stack on shoulder press machines in the past (with both arms of course)!!


I remember john jackson talking about the first time tony went into his gym, first time he trained aswell, he was doing 150kg front squat for reps!!

Think I'll stick with the heavy (for me) overheads for now then. Just maybe switch em to D/E Bench day rather than Heavy... Happy

I suppose the real question is why are you f**king about on a leg press or a lat pulldown anyway when you could be Squatting and doing Pullups? Wink
