Tough variation as you are under constant tension. Power Clean&Press -- 1 clean, then the presses (from floor) 50x3 60x2 60x3 60x3 Each rep paused. Back Squat (all beltless) 20xlots 60xlots 100x3 125x1 150x1 105x3 112.5x3 120x3 127.5x3 135x3 -- Dumped the bar upon completing, just because Not a lot of variety or volume, but not a bad sesh overall. | ||

I ran out of whey powder at the worst possible moment, so my main nutritional source in the last 24h has been milk, lol. Got an appointment at the dentist's tommorow at noon, until then it's painkillers all the way. However, I did train today. Went like this: Back Squat (all beltless) 20xlots 60xlots 100x3 120x1 140x1 155x1 140x3 125x5 All reps nice and smooth. The frequency def suits me fine! Strict Press 20x14 40x9 52.5x4 62.5x2 70x1, F2 -- Failed second rep halfway up, which for me is rare, I almost always fail at the bottom. Then: 60x3 60x3 60x3 60x3 60x3 ...all with 60-75s rests. A bit of Ox Method to spice things up BTN Push Jerks 20x10 40x8 55x5 70x3 70x3 70x3 DB Row 35x12 each 35x9 35x9 Not a bad session. | ||

I mostly power jerk. The Oly lifters at my gym say my split looks fine, but I simply feel much stronger on a power/push jerk. Front Squat (all beltless) 20x8 20x8 60x5 80x3 90x1 100x1 110x1 80x3 85x3 90x3 95x3 Pendlay Row 80x10 80x10 Plan was 4x10 rows then some pullups, but out of time! | ||

Cheers mate, not regularly, but I've been shown the basics and then gotten my form reviewed occasionally. But right now I'm only doing cleans on a regular basis, when I reintroduce the full lifts I'll be sure to get more steady coaching | ||

All reps beltless, deep and fast, no grinding. Will probably not train tomorrow, but planning to push hard on Saturday. | ||

DB Z-Press 22.5x8 22.5x5 22.5x5 Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 80x10 80x10 80x10 80x10 Some stationary bike, then off to have a large shake! | ||
