Hang Clean&Press -- 1 clean per press

So I was bringing each rep down to shoulders, then down into the hang, then back up again. Tough variation as you are under constant tension.

Power Clean&Press -- 1 clean, then the presses (from floor)

So, I've got a pretty bad case of toothache/dental inflammation, and can't eat much. I ran out of whey powder at the worst possible moment, so my main nutritional source in the last 24h has been milk, lol. Got an appointment at the dentist's tommorow at noon, until then it's painkillers all the way.

However, I did train today. Went like this:

Back Squat
(all beltless)

All reps nice and smooth. The frequency def suits me fine!

Strict Press

70x1, F2 -- Failed second rep halfway up, which for me is rare, I almost always fail at the bottom.

...all with 60-75s rests. A bit of Ox Method to spice things up Grin

Not gonna get tooth removed till Friday at earliest Unhappy but at least I got prescribed some stronger painkillers, so it doesn't hurt a lot.

Today I did:

Haven't jerked (lol) in a while, so I went light, getting back into the groove a bit. I mostly power jerk. The Oly lifters at my gym say my split looks fine, but I simply feel much stronger on a power/push jerk.

Nice squatting and jerking mate. SOme decent strict pressing aswell with Ox method. Can only assume you are only on Ox method level one as your workout when written didn't take a whole page Grin

Cheers mate, not regularly, but I've been shown the basics and then gotten my form reviewed occasionally. But right now I'm only doing cleans on a regular basis, when I reintroduce the full lifts I'll be sure to get more steady coaching Happy

Hahaha, thanks Taz. I'm sure I could've done at least 6-8 total reps if I was just a bit stronger off the shoulders. Working on that right now.

Had very little time today, considered not training at all, but I had business in the neighborhood where my gym is, so I dropped by and just squatted a bit:

Back Squat

Up to 145x1, then 130 for 5 sets of 2.
All reps beltless, deep and fast, no grinding.

Will probably not train tomorrow, but planning to push hard on Saturday.
