As you all know all competitors are getting a great goody bag with thier £50 sponsorship for the competition. As a last minute boost, for anyone raising over £100, they will also recieve (as a goodwill gesture) a 2.5kg Multipower weightgainer protien (with Creatine) worth £38+rrp in either chocolate, strawberry, vanilla or banana.(we will otherwise be selling these TO COMPETITORS ONLY for the bargain price of £15 each = Again all proceeds are to the hospice only!!) Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22439 posts	Great comp. Not a great performance from me - last place in intermediate class - but really enjoyed it. (See my journal for my write-up.) Well done to everyone involved, especially Matt (Pint). I'm sure loads of money was raised. I hope Darren Dixon recovers quickly.
