throwing myself in the deep end mind seeing as if never trained log or stones. should be intresting to see how well i do when i get around to doing events...

never done any strongman comp before, only tried stones once or twice, only got farmers gear a week ago, havnt had a shot of a yoke before, my log and deadlift are ok but events wise i have done very very little so i am a novice and dont think its mad to enter a novice comp! but if people think opens is better ill try that! good shout m8.. at the end of the day boys, it means f**k all what u lift in the gym, it helps dnt get me wrong.. i no boys with 300kg+ squats and deads and wouldn do well at strongman.. 1 thing iv noticed with strongman is that u can b a good 'gym rat' and make a s**t strongman or vise versa.. yea this guy is gona b good at the car dead obviously but whats 2 say he f**ks every other event up, anything can happen on the day, i wouldn worry!! im not acting the big guy, i would honestly use this as motivation in the weeks b4 the event...jones105 said:

still want tha mazda lol RX8 be nice,how ever im not fussy.u made no errors imo dude,jus gota wrk on tha log,u shud pop over an hav a go on mine,mix it up.i was never out ov the game
