I wonder if z prioritised log so much his deadlift has suffered or perhaps from the large weight loss and then regain perhaps not full power returned on deadlift. That being said Shaw and thor and eddie are in top form and I don't think it's a case of Z being bad as much as others being very good this year. Shaw had bad injuries in recent years and maybe noe he's fully restored. I think it's going to be close. I hope eddie take a podium spot as he has worked hard enough for it this last couple years

Did Shaw not hit a pretty comfy 200kg log in Australia recently? He may not loose to many points on log.

Haven't posted much of my training lately. Getting ready for comp! Feeling good. Body weight at 150.9kg but feeling mobile!

Squats ( apart from last set didn't lock at top of rep just continuous up down)

230x10. Rep work is something I hate but almost enjoyed tonight!

Partial good mornings - one of biggest helps in my back rehab

Side bends

Plank with 30, 50, 70 kg on back

15min running machine 30sec sprint 30 sec rest

Now cold bath. Meal. Sleep. Meal. Sleep. Do. It all again tomorrow
