Hoping to get off work early tomorrow so I can have a play with my brand spanking new log before heading to manny to see Ricky Gervais.

Got some vids which i'll try and get up tomorrow. Oh and Pagan... this was posted on my birds facebook this very morning... "Carl Gardiner: I was looking through your pics since when did ben become a giant Ben Affleck????" bas***d!!!

Stupid really, cos I missed the last rep on the 115kgs. Squats were fine, good depth, good speed.
