Doing the surovetsky program for squats and deads and smolov junior for bench and overhead. Felt good, a nice easy session to break back in again. | ||

Deadlift 50 x 8 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 5 100 x 5 105 x 5 x 5 All nice and fast and to a dead stop. Changed my grip around each set, doh, hook, alternate, alternate, hook. Shrugs 90 x 5 x 12 | ||

Felt good having a change and all felt nice and quick. | ||

SQUAT Bar x lots 60 x 5 70 x 4 80 x 3 90 x 2 100 x 1 110 x 1 112.5 x 3 120 x 2 122.5 x 3 x 2 Easy and deep. BARBELL ROW 60 x 10 70 x 10 80 x 10 70 x 15 60 x 20 | ||

Bench was upto a daily max, went up slowly but no danger if failing. Had to cut the session short as the kids were being little s**ts! | ||

My bike was locked to my power rack in my back garden, the f**kers had clearly cased my garden because they came the night when England was nearly blown away by the wind, with tools, and took half of my power rack to pieces so they could away with my bike. bas***ds.
