Member 251, 6 posts | This is to be my first comp. I'm a bit old to start this sort of thing at 32, but I thought I'd give it a blast. How soon do I have to register? What forms etc do I have to fill in, and can I do them online? Anyway, hope to see one or two of you there. | ||

See you at the champs  .You'll need to join BWLA (if you haven't already), and do so pretty sharpish, which will make this an expensive comp as the membership is only for the calendar year afaik. Then it's an £8 entry fee to Bryn about a month out from the comp. You will, of course, need a singlet if you don't already have one. | ||

Iain Kendrick only properly started in the PLing game a couple of years ago too, and he's 31 with a beard! | ||

So I shall come and say hello. In case no one else has said, you will also need long socks for the deadlift, appropriate footwear, and though it might seem trivial, pants/briefs and not boxers! | ||
